Cancellation & Redo Policies

Cancellation Policy:

For our colour appointments, we require a deposit to secure any future appointments. We now operate a 72 hour cancellation policy. We do understand that sometimes things happen in day to day life that throw us a curveball and we can no longer meet our commitments. If this happens, let us know as soon as you can so that we can try to fill your appointment. IF WE CAN, we will either refund your deposit or carry over until we can fit you in next. If we can’t, we will sadly retain your deposit and require a new one to secure another appointment.

Redo Policy:

It’s our policy to try our best to understand every client as best we can. We have thorough consultations and like to think that we get as close to perfect as we can, every time. The truth is, very occasionally we get don’t quite hit the nail on the head. If there is something that is not quite right for you, give us a call or an email within two weeks of your appointment and we will get you back in for a fix.
